Funder's service fees include:

1. Before the launch of a campaign: a consultation fee of 1% of the total amount of funds being raised.
2. In case of a successful campaign: a 5% success fee of the total amount of funds raised during the campaign and a 90-day period after the campaign.
3. In case of a successful campaign: a 1.5% campaign fee of the total amount of funds raised during the campaign.

20% VAT is added to all prices.

If a campaign does not meet its minimum target on our platform but does so within 90 days of its completion, we have the right to invoice our success and campaign fees and demand payment for those amounts as well.

If an entrepreneur fails to pay the billed service fees, Funder has the right to request and the entrepreneur is obligated to pay interest of 0.5 percent of the entire amount of the overdue service fee for each day that the payment is late. If the entrepreneur fails to comply with the Terms' obligations, Funder has the right to demand that the entrepreneur pay a penalty fee, which the entrepreneur must pay within 5 days of receiving Funder's payment request.
