FUNDER AFFILIATE PROGRAMME

The Funder Affiliate Program is designed to connect businesses with Funder to launch their capital raising campaigns. Ambassadors serve as the program’s official representatives.

At the minimum, an Ambassador makes a personal introduction via e-mail, LinkedIn, or other professional channels. This introduction serves as documented verification for both parties, ensuring Funder can exclude leads who have already been in contact. Once verified, Funder will manage all subsequent correspondence if both parties agree that the introduced contact is a new lead.

Ambassadors earn 20% of the success fee from a completed capital raising campaign through the Affiliate Program. For instance, if a company raises KES 20,000,000, the success fee is KES 1,000,000, and the Ambassador earns KES 200,000.

Eligible Companies for the Funder Platform
  1. Companies with at least one year of operating experience. Technology firms with a strong idea but no established track record should have at least a prototype and, preferably, a revenue stream.
  2. Businesses still in the planning or early development stages may also qualify, including but not limited to energy cooperatives, real estate projects, or new cafés/restaurants.
  3. The founding team should demonstrate strong professional expertise and a credible background.
  4. The team or organization must be capable of developing a compelling campaign and presenting a clear business strategy for their company or idea.
