FUNDER AFFILIATE PROGRAMME

The Funder Affiliate Program is essentially a program that directs businesses to Funder to begin their crowdfunding campaigns. Ambassadors are the Program's official representatives.
When an Ambassador makes a personal introduction via e-mail, LinkedIn, or other means, this is the bare minimum situation. This will also serve as a documented verification for both parties, allowing Funder to exclude leads who have already contacted them. Funder will handle the rest of the correspondence if both parties agree that the introduced contact is a fresh lead. The Ambassador will get 20% of the campaign's success fee through the Affiliate Program. When a company raises KES 20,000,000, for example, the success fee is KES1,000,000, and the Ambassador earns KES 200,000.

Companies suitable for the Funder platform
  1. Currently only public limited companies registered in Kenya.
  2. Companies with at least a year's worth of experience. Tech firms with a brilliant idea but no track record should have a prototype and, ideally, a revenue stream.
  3. Other types of businesses that are still in the planning stages can be a good fit. For example, energy cooperatives, a real estate project, a new café/restaurant, and so on.
  4. The team should have a solid background.
  5. The team/organization must be able to design a campaign and present a business strategy for their company (idea).
